With a background that spans years on set and a decade directing on the agency side, Shea knows both sides of the production fence. He brings a clear creative vision and a sense of calm to the chaos, guiding projects from first scribble to final frame without losing sight of the big picture (or the small details).
He leads with curiosity, works shoulder-to-shoulder with crew and clients alike, and always keeps the work grounded in something honest.
Outside of work, you’ll find him somewhere between a breakfast burrito, a flannel shirt and a questionable dad joke. He swears Apocalypse Now is a comfort film.
As co-founder of Last Humans, Shea helps set the tone for how we work - collaborative, curious and fun.

Creating impactful video content is Annie’s bread and butter (think fresh sourdough with burnt honey butter and a pinch of sea salt).With a background in consultative selling and a passion for strategic growth, Annie brings energy, clarity and care to every project. She’s sharp, thoughtful and a natural communicator. The kind of person you want in the room when things need to move forward.
She helps clients find their voice, shape their message and scale with purpose, always spotting opportunities others might miss.
Outside of work, Annie’s chasing light, sharing good food with friends or power-walking the beach at Olympic speed. Ask for a favourite film and she’ll give you ten.
She’s here to build, lead and grow with the team, and we’re lucky to have her!

We’re a production company founded on a simple idea: make things that feel real, hit hard, and don’t waste time. We’ve worked on set. We’ve worked in agencies. Whether we’re jumping in at concept stage or steering a project through post, we keep things clear, collaborative and craft-led from start to finish.
We collaborate with agencies, brands and fellow creatives. Sometimes we direct. Sometimes we produce. Sometimes we polish. Most often, we do it all - because we can.
