For Riverstone Springs, we didn’t want to sell a fantasy - we wanted to reflect reality. Designed for Real Life flips the script on traditional developer marketing, ditching the polished clichés of staged barbecues and flawless families in favour of something honest and relatable.

Working alongside Born, director Shea Bennett approached the campaign with a blend of dry wit and grounded storytelling - introducing a picture-perfect “stock family,” only to toss it aside and reveal the real story: a simple field with genuine potential. The result is a refreshingly down-to-earth take on what it means to buy land and build a home - one that reflects the values of the family-run developer behind the project: transparency, practicality, and a commitment to real, everyday living.
